Autoscript And Autocue Launch New PTZ Prompter Solutions For Seamless On-camera Prompting

Autoscript and Autocue have announced the launch of a new advanced PTZ prompter system shared by both brands and designed to provide seamless, professional prompting in dynamic multi-camera environments.

The Autoscript PTZ Prompter and the Autocue PTZ Prompter both feature a purpose-built, rigid enclosure that houses the PTZ camera, offering streamlined installation, efficient cable routing, PTZ camera protection, and a superior on-air experience.

Engineered for broadcast use, the new PTZ prompters support an extensive range of PTZ cameras including the Sony FR7. A significant operational advantage is that Sony FR7 cameras can calibrate with the prompter glass still mounted, eliminating the need to remove the camera or glass for each adjustment.

Key Features:

  • In-hood calibration fully compatible with PTZ cameras including the Sony FR7
  • Internal camera cradle for inverted PTZ mounting
  • Continuous adjustment of the camera position
  • +/-15° panning and +/-5° tilting inside the hood with wide-angle lens
  • VESA mounting on top and rear for flexible rigging
  • Robust composite structure with internal cable routing
  • Rear cable access cover and enclosed PSU housing

The Autoscript PTZ Prompter comes in a premium EVO-IP configuration with carbon fibre finish and side flags, while the Autocue PTZ Prompter features a matte black design and Pioneer monitor options.

Visitors to IBC 2025 will have an exclusive first look at the Autocue and Autoscript PTZ Prompters at the Videndum stand.
