Venera Technologies Show Advances In A/V QC And Caption QC/Correction

Major enhancements for its Quasar cloud native A/V QC, CapMate cloud native caption/subtitle QC and Pulsar on-premise A/V QC will be on display at NAB 2023.

Venera will demonstrate its Quasar cloud native Audio/Video QC, the first and only solution which has passed the AWS stringent security and architecture guidelines for a cloud native solution, and is in use by some of the largest media companies worldwide. With its state-of-the-art dynamic scalability and parallel processing, content security framework, along with its advanced QC features, it is the perfect solution for OTT service providers, OVPs, Broadcasters, Post production houses, and many other media organizations who are considering moving, or have already moved, their media workflow to the cloud.

Venera will also demonstrate CapMate, its cloud native caption/subtitle verification and correction solution. Based on a secure and highly scalable cloud architecture, CapMate provides the first of its kind detailed caption/subtitle Automated QC as well as correction features.

With machine learning-based features such as auto detection of caption sync, missing captions, burnt-in text overlay, SCC/IMSC/TTML/EBU-STL compliance, CPS/CPL/WPM, and caption position, as well as the ability to auto correct many of these issues, CapMate stands apart as the premier solution for caption/subtitle QC and correction.

Pulsar on-premise A/V QC solution, and its cloud native counterpart, Quasar, now include many more advance A/V QC capabilities, which will be demonstrated at the show.
