MultTV Deploys MwareTV IP Platform In Brazil

Brazilian video services provider MultTV has deployed a cloud-based multi-tenant TV platform for OTT and IPTV services from Amsterdam-based MwareTV.

This will allow ISPs (internet service providers) in Brazil to add MultTV’s library of content and channels to their video portfolios.

Now launched in over 25 countries, MwareTV’s multi-tenant service enables system integrators, service providers, and content hubs or aggregators to launch a fully branded TV service in around an hour, including customization with a unique look and feel. The platform is also scalable with no limit to the number of ISPs that can be added, according to the company. The package includes a TV management system and range of Apps accessible across most devices, including smart TVs and Roku boxes.

The Brazilian service will include a pay as you grow model, enabling MultTV customers to expand at their own pace with limited upfront costs after the launch late October 2021.

Sander Kerstens, CEO of MwareTV, complimented MultTV’s on their business model, which he said made it easier to launch the multi-tenant IPTV/OTT platform there.
