TSL Showcases Intelligence, Interoperability And 12G At IBC 2024
TSL invites industry professionals to explore its latest innovations at IBC 2024. With a focus on enhancing and simplifying broadcast workflows while optimising interoperability, TSL will showcase cutting-edge solutions in power distribution and management, audio monitoring and control.
Audio – We Listen
Making its IBC debut, TSL’s PAM2-12G Audio Monitoring Unit is designed for UHD audio monitoring, supporting a wide range of signals, including AES, analogue, UHD, HD-SDI, and IP sources like AES67/Dante and SMPTE 2110. This 2RU unit offers broadcasters the flexibility they need to handle diverse audio and video signals.
Also featured at IBC is TSL’s MPA1-MIX-NET-V-R audio monitor, showcased on the Ravenna stand. This compact IP audio monitor delivers intuitive control for Ravenna, AES67, and ST 2110-30 streams, underlining TSL’s dedication to providing robust, scalable solutions for modern broadcasting.
Control – We Enable
TSL’s expansive range of modular, vendor-agnostic control applications and interfaces ensures broadcasters have the flexibility to manage a diverse range of equipment, optimising workflows and enhancing operational efficiency with expanded capabilities including a new Grass Valley router emulator integration. The GTP-V1 Virtual Control Processor exemplifies TSL’s commitment to innovation, offering seamless cloud or hybrid integration with a variety of protocols and equipment. Meanwhile, TSL’s IP Transition tool, X-Connect, arrives at IBC with an improved interface, making it easier for broadcasters to transition to hybrid or IP workflows.
Power – We Empower
TSL is set to make a significant impact at IBC with the introduction of its PD14MiD Intelligent Power Distribution Units. These next-generation PDUs, compact in a 1RU form factor, are designed to ensure unmatched reliability and efficiency in broadcast environments. Equipped with 14 individually fused outputs, dual inputs with automatic changeover, and features like sequential start and programmable delayed start, these units are essential for any modern flexible and scalable broadcast infrastructure. Additionally, TSL’s latest update to its DCIM software, ‘Insite,’ further enhances operational security and efficiency with advanced browser capabilities and heightened security.
