Gallery have a wealth of experience in both hardware and software development for audio and video. To date the company has published over 40 software titles, and over a dozen hardware innovations. Gallery has also written software products for Sony, EMU Systems and IEC Sienna

Sienna is the News and Products Division of Gallery.

Sienna revolutionised the News industry in a single step when it was launched in partnership with Apple and ENPS at NAB in 2007. Its seamless end to end media workflow and embracing of the latest technologies has led to adoption of Sienna by many of the World's leading broadcasters and including the BBC, Associated Press, and Televisa. Sienna has delivered complete workflows for BBC Regional News broadcast every day on BBC1, dozens of state, national and international news channels plus next generation sports workflows for the Beijing and London Olympics. Sienna is also a common features in the world's leading Journalism colleges including ASU's Walter Cronkite school, UNR, NUQ, Amherst, SUNY, Carleton, Emerson and more.

Sienna consists of a suite of seamlessly integrated modules to create scalable workflows for small to very large broadcast workflows, with ingest, asset management, edit integration, powerful MOS protocol support, playout automation, plus process automation 'microservices' and full archive integration. Sienna also provides asset globalisation for connected multisite installations including federated search across sites, and WAN accelerated file transfers.

Sienna came to the attention of the world's news broadcasters by reinventing the media workflow for Live production. Since 2007 Sienna has continued to innovate ahead of the pack, and embrace all aspects of new media, social media and other changes in the broadcast landscape. More recently, Sienna has delivered comprehensive Automation Production Control systems for Live news, integrated with 'emerging market' partner products including ATEM and TriCaster, alongside support for more traditional high end studio systems. With an approved worldwide Systems Integration network, and unicode language support throughout, Sienna is widely available for the global market.
