Eutelsat Communications has achieved Full Tier 4 Certification from The World Teleport Association (WTA) for its Paris-Rambouillet teleport in France. Tier 4 is the highest of four quality tiers and the company said its Paris-Rambouillet Teleport is the first in the world to achieve that level of Certification.
