Many of the companies that first emerged as OTT specialists have been acquired, as well as those associated with cloud based delivery, software encoding and virtualization. Eutelsat Communications has achieved Full Tier 4 Certification from The World Teleport Association (WTA) for its Paris-Rambouillet teleport in France. Tier 4 is the highest of four quality tiers and the company said its Paris-Rambouillet Teleport is the first in the world to achieve that level of Certification.
