Codemill Upgrades Video Content Production Platform Accurate.Video

The upgrade allows media professionals access to new features which deliver AI capabilities, an improved UI and upgraded content security.

The latest AI updates to Codemill's product enable AI-powered task automation, maximising detection efficiency and saving valuable search time. Users can identify objects, people, text, scenes, and activities in images and videos, as well as detect any inappropriate content. It also provides highly accurate facial analysis and facial search capabilities to detect, analyse, and compare faces for a wide variety of user verification, people counting, and public safety use cases.

The latest version features enhanced security functionality, ensuring content remains secure and protected throughout the media lifecycle. The platform has been integrated with MPEG-DASH and HLS media streaming protocols to deliver secure content production.

Updates to the UI include the ability to refresh storage from the UI, highlight read-only markers as well as ingest manifest and marker file types to ensure better visibility and clear categorisation. The updates also provide a more customisable workspace, with support for collections, an adaptable light/dark theme, integrated toolbar buttons and the option to disable edit functionality. These features offer users the ability to streamline processes within the Accurate.Video workspace while enhancing the user experience.

Mattias Ahlström, Head of R&D for Accurate.Video explains, “Our principal focus is to put the user’s content and services at the centre of the platform, so that Accurate.Video can solve specific process challenges – connecting the dots across the entire workflow. The latest version of Accurate.Video builds on a foundation of putting the user first, bringing video content and associated metadata into focus and maximising efficiency. It allows teams to concentrate on their creative process, while the workflow operates seamlessly in the background.”
