ANNOVA And SCISYS Joining Forces To Increase Focus On Sustained Growth

SCISYS’ acquisition of ANNOVA underlines the commitment by both companies to further engage in the media & broadcast sectors and to focus on sustained growth.

The decision by SCISYS and ANNOVA to combine their capabilities, expertise and experience is intended to promote the creation of valuable, new and sustained synergies that will benefit future customers and business partners.

ANNOVA built its business success growth by continuously improving its OpenMedia product based on emerging trends. To further growth, the company elected to seek out a strong strategic partner to support future innovation and growth. Following an extensive market assessment, ANNOVA shareholders decided on the SCISYS Group.

SCISYS is equally attracted by the complementary opportunities that ANNOVA’s successful media & broadcast business will bring.
The two companies enjoy an excellent cultural match, common core values and a shared commitment to customer satisfaction based on dependability and cooperative partnerships.

ANNOVA will continue to operate under its current name and product portfolio, while CEO Michael Schueller will continue to lead his current team.

Similarly, the SCISYS Media & Broadcast division will continue to operate as normal, with Dr. Karl-Willi Pieper leading the team.

It has always been the philosophy of both companies to put open standards and open partnership with other product vendors first – for the benefit of customers — this philosophy will remain unchanged.
