Madrid-based playout provider Telson, part of Tres60 Grupo, has deployed ATEME’s TITAN stream processing solution to power its OTT multi-screen service for Turner, Disney Channel, NBC Universal and Viacom.
“We strive to enhance our service offering” said Agapito Otero, Telson TV Channels Manager. “OTT delivery enables our clients to propose an additional experience to their users, thus improve their customer retention, and increase both ARPU and subscriber base.”
TITAN is a software compression solution which runs on any OS: Linux, Windows and VM. It is also a complete distribution solution including SDI and IP I/O’s, encoder, transcoder, multiplexer, statmux, packager and origin server.
