The Gorman-Redlich CAP-DEC1decoder translates CAP V1.2 alerts into EAS headers that are sent to connected EAS equipment. This also has a logging program to store EAS alerts eliminating the printer. The CRW-S NOAA weather receiver has SAME decoding and can drive a signboard.
