CEITON to Showcase New Project Management Software and More at IBC 2017

CEITON will be presenting both the new CEITON version 8.5 of their project management and workflow software, as well as their new CEITON Mobile Workbench.

A family-oriented human resources policy is increasingly becoming a decisive competitive and location factor for companies; not only to win new staff, but also to bind and motivate well-trained employees. In fact, more flexible working hours are one of the most important measures and an important decision criterion for new employees.

CEITON Version 8.5 can help track these new requirements by arranging individual weeks for employees. These specifically defined working hours automatically form the basis for the creation of services and absences as well as for time accounts and monthly billing.

The release of CEITON version 8.5 has brought forth numerous innovations to their project management and workflow software. These include an automatic sorting of service, allowing for more intuitive handling; an improved calculation of service hours, ensuring shifts that go beyond midnight will work properly; and enabling better calculations of work hours from start to end of work days.

Both customer and address management has been adapted to user requirements; now the profile of each customer can now be loaded directly in their order form, while the option to switch to the standard contact still remains.

Further, with the CEITON Mobile Workbench, CEITON created a new portable workplace that combines time recording, calendar, task management, project management as well as operational planning. Whether at the office or on the way: every employee has their tasks and times in constant view, at any time.
