IPV Take Cloud-Based Approach

IPV will present the latest advances of its in-demand Curator MAM system in two locations – with Microsof and in partnership with Oracle.

“This year we are exhibiting alongside two of our key cloud partners, in order to highlight the flexibility of our Curator platform,” said Dave Cole, IPV’s CEO. “By approaching the show in this way, we’re able to demonstrate how Curator can be to be rolled out in any production environment, deployed however it’s needed by the user – as a hosted service, cloud-based platform, an on-premises installation or a hybrid of them all.

“With this multitude of different deployments that will vary from company to company, any potential users must weigh up its own distinct needs before deciding what kind of MAM system is best suited to them. The key considerations that IPV will be able to talk to IBC’s visitors about include installing a system around existing infrastructure, the location of assets and users, how far reaching a system will need to be and how much future-proofing needs to be considered.”

In its demonstrations on the Microsoft and Oracle booths, IPV will show off the latest technical developments of its Curator MAM system and how it’s configuration of microservices can be rolled out for content producers of sports, news and entertainment as well as for retail or creative services.

“Tradeshows like IBC are important events for getting together with customers – new and old – as well as partners like Microsoft and Oracle,” adds Cole. “To have a presence on both these partners’ stands means we’re able to demonstrate the flexibility of the Curator system while speaking to visitors about what we can deliver.”
