Telemetrics Previews New Pan/Tilt Head at IBC 2016

At IBC, Telemetrics is previewing its new PT-LP-S5 Pan/Tilt Head with manual override, which features a counter balancing system that enables quick, easy and accurate setup and commissioning.

Telemetrics said quick button access enables pan, tilt and pedestal limits to be set directly on the PTZ head, without the need for a control panel. LED indicators provide monitoring capability for Ethernet connectivity, power and load out of balance status.

Along with direct Ethernet and Wi-Fi support with pass-thru, the PT-LP-S5 is virtual set ready. Now available in an optional manual add-on, the PT-LP-S5 allows for optimal application versatility.

Ideally suited for studio applications, the new S5 manual line includes Telemetrics advanced servo technology to accommodate higher payloads and smoother, quieter on-air operation.

Telemetrics is also displaying its Robotic Camera Control Software Platforms for studio and legislative chamber applications, signifying a technological innovation in flexible architecture for camera automation, with the added advantage of anywhere, anytime control.

Telemetrics Studio Software (RCCPO-1-STS) is a workflow solution that features include unlimited programmable shots, shows and cameras; various shot modes including single camera/storyboard mode complete with image thumbnails, robotics positioning and camera settings; camera shading; concurrent control of cameras; and advanced motion record/playback.

The Studio Software is also EDCS compatible to allow database synchronization of shows, shots and camera settings across the enterprise.
