MOG Technologies, a provider of MXF and centralized ingest solutions, launched a new platform at the 2016 NAB Show, called SkyWatch. The solution provides a tailored approach to maximize production management efficiency.
SkyWatch provides users with a suite of tools to capture and analyze statistics on the productivity, availability and efficiency of production resources. The platform can be customized to a wide range of applications and business models, managing the entire ingest process and monitoring every third-party system or application that is part of the user workflow. With a “building blocks” approach the platform provides valuable analytics to predict future investments and help customer’s decision-making process.
Miguel Sampaio, CEO at MOG Technologies, said SkyWatch is designed for broadcasters that are struggling to manage complex multivendor production systems and wraps all operations under the control of a single web-based interface. It can operate a completely integrated set of production modules and manage multiple ingest points simultaneously. With this solution, the customer gains the ability to manage a lot of information at once, with no geographic boundaries.
