C-COM Satellite Systems Intros Satellite FlyAway Kit For Broadband Internet Connectivity

C-COM Satellite Systems, a provider of commercial grade mobile satellite-based technology, will showcase its new iNetVu FLY-75V Flyaway satellite antenna system at the 2016 NAB Show.

The C-COM system’s dish measures a mere 75 centimeters, making it highly portable, with such features as self-pointing and auto-acquiring capabilities as well as a dedicated (and configurable) iNetVu 7710 Controller. Together they provide a system that can be set up by one person in 10 minutes, allowing users to get a good signal for remote connectivity in a rugged environment in any weather conditions.

The company said that for those users that operate in the Ka-band, the FLY-75V system delivers affordable broadband Internet services (High-speed access, Video and Voice-over-IP, file transfer, e-mail or web browsing). It’s ideally suited to Disaster Management, SNG, Emergency Communications Backup, Cellular Backhaul and many other applications.

C-COM Satellite Systems iNetVu Mobile antennas are airline checkable and easily transportable. More than 7000 C-COM antennas have been deployed in 103 countries around the world.
