WYSIWG from Cambridge Imaging Systems

" simple, scalable and secure" it's CIS' Imagen
Cambridge Imaging Systems is promoting the simple to use interface of its Imagen Enterprise Video Platform at NAB. Imagen v3.5 gives control of the user experience with WYSIWG page editors and a range of handy widgets.
Tom Blake, Managing Director, Cambridge Imaging Systems, said, “We have spent considerable time mapping out the challenges that face the media and entertainment industry and focused on solving them today; how to offer our clients certainty over the security and integrity of their data, how to offer new revenue streams for under-utilised content, and how to optimise the solution architecture to align with trends in computing.
“Imagen allows users to get the most from their creative content in a simple, scalable and secure way, preserving content for the long term and enabling controlled access through a customisable website.”
With support for some leading storage appliances, Imagen can be installed on-premises as part of an existing broadcast archive or production workflow, or accessed as a pay-as-you-grow cloud based service with infinite storage capacity.
Imagen users include the BFI, Endemol, IMG, the BBC, Channel 4, ITN, the Imperial War Museum and the British Library.
