Brainstorm Announces Advanced Developments In XR Production

Brainstorm has announced more advanced developments for XR production, along with new features and applications for Edison, using NVIDIA GPU technology.

The company has announced the latest developments of its product range, unveiling Suite 5.1 and Suite 5.2, the latest versions of its flagship products InfinitySet, Aston and eStudio, that include new features and solutions on top of the Suite 5 introduced at NAB. Also, Brainstorm has introduced Edison 5.1, the new version of the company’s applications for immersive, live presentations and which can be used as a simple-to-use virtual studio in a box.

Suite 5.1 also enhances the new features designed to enhance XR content creation and workflows, streamlining the users’ ability to improve their virtual content creation, no matter if they are using LED videowalls or chroma sets to produce virtual content. Suite 5.2 is fully compatible with Unreal Engine 5, Epic Games’ latest development of its render engine. Taking advantage of all the new features present in UE5, Brainstorm now features full integration of objects created in InfinitySet or Aston within the UE environment and vice-versa, providing unmatched flexibility for content creation.

Edison 5.1 also has additional XR features and takes advantage of the new EdisonGO app (introduced at IBC), which can use an iPhone or iPad to provide video+tracking information to Edison PRO, allowing for the creation and management of immersive, live AR presentations.

These new features are possible thanks to the latest GPU technology by NVIDIA including the NVIDIA RTX A5000 and A6000.
