Archiware Joins Forces With LumaForge and Backblaze

Archiware, German-based manufacturer of archive and backup software is previewing P5 version 6, new integrations with KYNO by Lesspain Software, EditShare and Quantum iBlade Libraries, as well as live product demonstrations.

Archiware P5 version 6 sports a new interface design and support for Cloud import services (Backblaze Fireball, AWS Snowball). It also now has compatibility with QNAP, Synology and Netgear.

A new version of Archiware Pure VMware backup, now runs on Linux, QNAP, Synology, NETGEAR, and LumaForge.

Archiware is hosting partners LumaForge and Backblaze at its booth. Combined with P5’s cloning, backup and archive functionalities, LumaForge Jellyfish Shared Storage solutions now offer built-in data security. Backblaze B2 cloud storage and Archiware P5 provide a scalable and efficient solution to secure data to the cloud, while saving hardware and administration costs.

New MAM solutions announced include KYNO by Lesspain Software and EditShare.

To demonstrate compatibility in a live environment, Archiware presents numerous partner integrations at its booth including ATTO’s ThunderLink Thunderbolt to FibreChannel converter; with Quantum iBlade Library; with mLogic mTape; and with Spectra Logic’s Spectra Stack Library.
