PrimeTime Lighting has upgraded its GUS 51 Fresnel LED light with redesigned barn doors to extend the user’s creative ability to cut and shape light.
PrimeTime said the 360-degree barn door rotation on the Fresnel can be locked at any angle. The light has a super-wide focus range — adjustable from a tight 11-degree beam angle at full spot to a wide 80-degree field angle at full flood. The light has heat dispersion technology that cools the light passively. There is no fan.
The high-quality Micro-Fresnel lens systems with advanced optics has less than 2.8 percent decrease in brightness from center to outer edge. All the diodes in PrimeTime LED products are under-driven to extend diode life and color balance to 50,000 plus hours. The light has a 95+ CRI (Color Rendering Index), which results in accurate color rendition, even with ultra high-def TV production. It has a 98+ TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index).
The light draws 60 watts and is equivalent to 750-watts incandescent. It’s available in either daylight or Tungsten color temperature.
