Lexar Announces Professional 633x SDXC 1 TB UHS-I SDXC Card

Lexar said the 1TB Class 10 UHS-I card has a theoretical maximum read speed up to 95MB/s and write speed up to 70MB/s. However, it’s only guaranteed a sustained write speed of 30MB/s as noted by the V30/U3 rating. This means the write speeds might peak at 70MB/s, but the card certainly can’t sustain them, otherwise it’d be labelled as a V60 card.

Lexar says the high-capacity 1TB memory card is designed for mid-range DSLR, HD camcorders, or 3D cameras. The Lexar Professional 633x SDXC UHS-I card lets camera operators quickly capture, and transfer high-quality photos and stunning 1080p full-HD, 3D, and 4K video, with read speeds of up to 633x (95MB/s). This Class 10 card leverages UHS-I technology to deliver high-speed performance nd reliability.

The new Lexar card, which is also available in sizes down to 16GB, is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from 32 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -13 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit with humidity levels between five and 95 percent. Each card comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
