Rushworks to Showcase New Cameras and IP Automation at NAB 2018

Rushworks will introduce a new line of affordable products for the television, radio and internet markets at NAB 2018.

Rushworks will show new, upgraded and enhanced products including the A-List Streamster, a new IP only automation system, a three-in-one multi-function video camera, an expanded PTX universal PanTilt head series; the VDepo video deposition recording system, Rushdolly, a track dolly and the VDesk robotic camera video production system for television and radio.

Recognizing the dramatic increase in demand for OTT content management and distribution, Rushworks has created an “IP only” configuration of its A-List Broadcast Automation System. The tiny form factor supports URL and NDI input and output. It was designed for internet TV stations.

A new three-function camera includes an HD-SDI PTZ with 20x or 30x lens, a wide angle HD-SDI camera and the ability to auto-track single targets. With exceptional low-light capability, it’s designed for houses of worship, presenters, teachers, performances and similar venues.

PTX Universal PanTilt Heads are available in two sizes. Using VISCA and DMX controllers they remotely control most brands of cameras or camcorders.

Rushdolly is a track dolly designed to interface with PTZ and PTX cameras for creating scripted, multi-dimensional moves that integrate all motion axes into shots. It can be on the floor or suspended and can creep or maintain a walking pace in the studio or on location. It uses simple software for preset creation and speed-defined transitions.
