Apantac T# Multiviewers Offer Flexibility in a Modular Package

Apantac, a provider of multiviewers, video walls, extenders, and signal processing solutions, has developed its T# multiviewers with versatility in mind and will show its capabilities at the CABSAT 2018 Show.

With the Apantac T#'s modular architecture, a user can choose from a selection of hot-swappable input and output boards, or from a selection of pre-configured models that can be mixed and matched to fit a wide range of applications. Its I/O boards support all the latest standards, including 12G and video over IP (SMPTE 2110).

The innovative multiviewer also offers up to 4 outputs per output board (a maximum 2 output boards, for 8 outputs) and any input can be duplicated up to 64 times and displayed on any output, regardless of format. It includes built-in video/audio alarm detection video presence/format, video black, no WSS/AFD audio presence, audio high/low features.

However, the flexibility of T# goes far beyond simply choosing input and outputs. Users can mix & match a variety of signal types (SDI, HDMI, IP, Fiber etc.) for multi-image display processing and monitoring on a single, or multiple displays, without any external conversion.

In addition, the T#’s high bandwidth universal mid plane architecture allows any type of future format to be added by simply plugging in a new hot swappable input board, making it truly future-proof.

Apantac will be showcasing its T# Multiviewers at upcoming events including CABSAT in the Middle East, ISE – Integrated Systems Europe, NAB, Broadcast Asia, and numerous other shows around the world.
